Do I need a subscription?

No. Sampson Productions TV uses one-time event access. Purchase only the shows you want to watch. There is no monthly subscription.

Do I need an account to watch?

Yes. Create a Sampson Productions TV customer account or sign in before purchasing. Your account keeps your eligible show access available under My Shows.

What does my viewing package include?

Each event may offer different viewing choices. For Ace of Stage, you can purchase the Women session, the Men session, or Women + Men access for both sessions.

Can I watch again after the live event?
Yes. Purchased sessions include eligible replay access for up to 48 hours after the event. Replay access is limited to the session or sessions included with your purchased package.
Can I download the video?

No. Event access is for streaming only. Downloads and permanent copies of the live show or replay are not provided.

Can I share my access with someone else?

Access is intended for the customer who purchased it. Simultaneous sessions or account sharing may be limited to protect paid event access.

Are live stream purchases refundable?
No. Live stream purchases are final and non-refundable.
I already purchased a show. How do I watch?

Sign in with the account used for your purchase, then open My Shows or use the Sign In to Watch option on the event page. Eligible live and replay access will appear there.
